Five user interviews were conducted via Zoom, representing a diverse cross-section of the target demographic. Our objective in conducting user interviews was to discover areas of opportunities with existing online food ordering services and introduce methods and visual elements to streamline the process with voice-ordering powered by AI. These interviews laid the foundation for our affinity mapping resulting in āIā statements.
